What's Included?

The First Question Everyone Asks!

The Answer:  Pretty much everything!
Essentially, once you make the decision to hire me (or one of the other DJ's that I work with), I am at your disposal from the time you accept the agreement until the end of your event!  That includes things like:
  • Unlimited Pre-Event Planning Meetings
  • Travel, setup and break down
  • All sound equipment required to perform for your event
  • All music that you request
  • Dance lighting (basic system, not a large light rig & truss system)
  • For weddings, this also includes:
    • Music and Microphones for the Ceremony
    • Music for Cocktail Hour
    • Music and Master of Ceremonies for the Reception
    • Day-of Event Coordination of Vendors
There are very rare instances when I have to charge an additional fee for something.  Some of those instances would be:
  • Customized lighting is needed.  Things like:
    • Large lighting rigs or truss systems
    • Customized monogram spotlights
    • Up-lighting / color wash effects
  • Portable dance floor rental
  • Portable stage rental
  • Large scale audio and/or video systems
  • Projector and/or screen rental
  • Locations where electrical power is unavailable and a generator is required
  • Fog, bubbles or other special effects requests where consumable product is required
  • Overnight or specialized travel is required (travel by air, train, boat, etc.)
  • Events that require more than 2 event staff
